Auditing nonprofit organizations is a focus of our practice. These include organizations serving the arts, providing housing and social services, providing legal services, conducting medical research, providing religious services, and providing education and community development. We also have significant expertise with low-income housing government programs, including low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development regulations. For the low-income housing tax credit program, we prepare cost certifications, reports on carryover allocation basis, audits, tax returns and provide consulting services. We believe in the value of relationships. We are committed to providing close, personal attention to our clients. We take pride in giving you the assurance that the personal assistance you receive comes from years of advanced training, technical experience and financial acumen. Our continual investment of time and resources in professional continuing education, state-of-the-art computer technology and extensive business relationships is indicative of our commitment to excellence. We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA).
