Steve has 25 years experience in public accounting. His concentration has been affordable housing. He has extensive experience with audits subject to the requirements of the U. S. Department of Agriculture Rural Housing programs, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the low-income housing tax credit program. He is the treasurer of the Assisted Housing Management Association of Washington (AHMA) and MAP (the organization that operates the website aptfinder.org). He holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Western Washington University.
